Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We only offer exchanges or refunds for products that arrive damaged, and only if the following conditions are met:
Conditions for Eligibility:
Unboxing Video Required:
You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damage clearly visible.
Timeline:
You must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Proof of Purchase:
Include your order number and full name used during purchase when submitting your request.
Product Must Be Unused:
Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

Your order number
A clear unboxing video showing the damage
Photos of the damaged product
Your preference for an exchange or refund
Once verified, we will process your exchange or refund within 7-10 business days.
Important Notes:
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect product selection unless the product is damaged upon delivery.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
